Teenage years are an imperative phase in life. It’s their time to learn, explore, create and find their passions. These years can also be extremely hard to navigate. Anxiety, depression, self esteem, stress and other similar issues are extremely common for young people going through their teenage years, and there is no reason why they can’t be helped through this period.

I provide a comfortable, safe and confidential environment in which to help your teenager find the source of any issues or struggles they may be dealing with. The techniques I use are effective and modern forms of therapy that don’t take sessions on sessions to see a valuable impact or difference either, meaning I can really help them get to the cause and move past it.

Preparation for my therapy is unnecessary, just coming with an intention of wanting to feel better and a trust that I can help them be on the path to resolving whatever is currently in the way.
