Losing a loved one can be something that is hard for someone at any age. Even if you just need someone to help talk through the complicated emotions and feelings, therapy can be something that can greatly improve and aid in the healing process. Bereavement can encompass a range of feelings from sadness to anger, and the journey for each individual can vary dramatically.
